RESERVATIONS

We would love to host your group! We have a few options described below. Please reach out with any questions!

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please email events@conviviocafe.com to make your reservation.

If your group is small - around 10-12 folks or less, we have a great community table.

We ask for a 2 hour time limit for the reservation. We ask that you reserve the space at least 72 hours in advance, to ensure we have adequate staffing
Our community table is a tall table with stools. If you would prefer shorter tables pushed together with full chairs, please indicate that in your email and we will try to accommodate. If the weather is good, your group can also be on the patio!
No outside food/drink please
Party must show up on time or reserved table may be re-assigned.
There is no use fee charged for this reservation. We ask that your group spend at least $8/person to ensure adequate payment for our staff
Examples of these reservations: friend group meetups, book club meetings, working meetings with colleagues when you want to get out of the office, etc.

If your group is larger than 12, this is the option for you!

We ask that you reserve the space at least 1 week in advance, to ensure we have adequate staffing. 10am - 2pm on weekends are not available for reservation
The Eastern side of our cafe will be reserved for your group, with capacity for about 24 people + standing room. We request that the group uses only tables/chairs assigned to the group
No outside food or drink please.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE complete privacy or quietness for your event. If you would like to host a private event, please see our Private rental options.
We will be open for our normal café hours and business, and will continue serving our other non-event guests. We request that your group be respectful of all other guests and their requests during this time as well.
We ask for a $25 use fee, which you can pay during your visit. Additionally, we ask that your group spend at least $8/person to ensure adequate payment for our staff.
We can prepare some items ahead of time for your group from our catering menu if you’d like, just please include that info in your email!
Examples of these reservations: Coffee networking meetup for your group, Cafecito, non-profit morning staff gathering to get out of the office, book reading, etc.!
