About The Event
In this workshop, we will learn mindfulness as we reduce waste and mitigate our environmental impact while saving money in the kitchen. No experience is needed; everyone is welcome!
Learn how to shop with a plan, make an inventory of your fridge & pantry, preservation techniques, proper storage and expiration dates, and meal planning.
Led by our Convivio's long-time supporter and 'socia', Paula Thomas, experienced food professional and educator turned food anthropologist.
We will provide the materials needed for class.
