Learn how to shop with a plan, make an inventory of your fridge & pantry, preservation techniques, proper storage and expiration dates, and meal planning.

Led by our Convivio's long-time supporter and 'socia', Paula Thomas, experienced food professional and educator turned food anthropologist.
