About The Event
We will enjoy a 50 minute vinyasa flow to a fun playlist and have refreshments provided by Convivio Café after. This event is donation based so pay what you can! Bring your own mat and enjoy!
Kayla of Breath&Being Yoga is a certified yoga instructor specializing in vinyasa flows designed to empower practicioners. She designs playful contemporary playlists and incorporates seasonal themeing to create a fun experience practicing yoga!
