CENA CULTURAL : Peruvian Cuisine featuring Carolina Zubiate

Cenas Culturales are back! And we are thrilled to host a delicious menu of Peruvian dishes by Chef Carolina Zubiate.

Chef Zubiate specializes in vibrant cuisine that reflects her unique life experiences. While growing up in Peru, her grandfather cooked for her and the family almost everyday. After moving to the United States at the age of 13 with her family, food was how she held onto her culture, the memories of eating and sharing with family. Now, 17 years later, Carolina offers private dinners and events to experience her unique take on Peruvian Fusion cuisine. Each dish tells a passionate story of a time in her life, and some of her favorite people along the way.

We will be featuring the flavors of Peru, presenting a family style menu paired with a signature cocktail (non alcoholic option available). Guatemalan farmer-roasted coffee will be served as a pairing at the end of the meal.

This three course Peruvian feast will be packed with flavor and inspiration from Carolina's life and experiences.  A vegetarian option will be available. 

Ticket price is $60 per person, limited to 50 seats.
