CENA CULTURAL : Honduran Cuisine featuring Dina Paz

Representing Honduras, we are thrilled to host Chef Dina Paz & a delicious menu

Chef Dina Paz is a first-generation immigrant from the vibrant coast of Honduras. Chef Dina's childhood was spent living between Miami and the Bay Islands, which exposed her to the rich culinary flavors of Latin America and the Caribbean. Her culinary inspirations are her mom and grandmother, who taught her to cook with authenticity and love. Today she is a product development chef for some of the largest food brands and has been in the industry for over 20 years.

We will be featuring the flavors of Honduras, presenting a family-style menu paired with a signature cocktail (non alcoholic option available). Guatemalan farmer-roasted coffee will be served as a pairing at the end of the meal.

This three-course Honduran feast will be packed with flavor and inspiration from Dina's life and experiences.
