Cena Cultural : Four Directions Cuisine (Indigenous Andean Food)

Four Directions cuisine is the project of Chef Andrea Murdoch, an Andean Native from Venezuela who passionately blends ancient ingredients with modern creativity to create elevated Indigenous cuisine.

Chef Andrea draws inspiration from the deep and meaningful relationships Indigenous peoples have to the land, water, plants and animals. Rejecting mass-produced factory-farm food in favor of locally grown and Native-produced ingredients, she creates seasonal, gourmet dishes that are delicious and healthy.

For our Cena Cultural, Four Directions will be presenting a family style, menu paired with a signature cocktail (non alcoholic option available). Guatemalan farmer-roasted coffee will be served as a pairing at the end of the meal.
