Join Friendship Bridge, a local nonprofit that supports women's small businesses in Guatemala, for the opening of our Beading Wonders Collection of artwork at Convivio Café.
Learn about the concept of nahuales and its importance to the Indigenous Mayan worldview, and see how Guatemalan artisans incorporated it into handmade beaded designs.
Participate in a Q & A with Friendship Bridge's colleague visiting from Panajachel, Indira Maldonado, about the daily lives of Guatemalan women and the growth she’s seen among our artisan clients over time.
